Science Morgan Stapp

Hi. I’m Mrs. Stapp (formerly Olson). I teach science at Ankeny High School.

I have undergraduate and graduate degrees from The University of Iowa and an undergraduate degree from Iowa State University. I started teaching at Ankeny in 2014. My first two years of teaching I taught 8th grade physical science, 9th grade earth & space science, and AELP at Southview Middle School.

I enjoy teaching because every day is unpredictable. I get to be my goofy self while also helping students learn science (typically a not so easy subject) in the simplest way possible. I get to watch students see success when they didn’t think it possible. And I get to learn and grow along with the kiddos every day.

Outside of teaching, I love to watch my son Bennett (Benny) grow and learn new things, spend time with my family and friends, run, coach cross country, read, cook, and nap.
